Quite noisy and very strange that you cannot enter your room before 16h.

The hotel location.

I have booked a room with window and it was facing the street. The is lack of good windows and all the traffic from the busy street is quite audible and bothersome.

Wonderful

Room was very spacious and well lit. The bathroom was huge and it came with jacuzzi. Breakfast choices were excellent.

I thought the wardrobe was too small with little provisions.

The stay was relatively good except for the wifi issues and there were instances that they couldn’t find a taxi for us.

Location was good. Relatively clean and mini bar was free. Breakfast fare was good. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

The wifi had issues. Getting a taxi was not easy. They need to make sure the wifi is working and not wait for guests to inquire about it. If you do not ask, they also will not do anything about the poor connection. Also needs improvement on the English of some front desk staff for easier communication.

About a 10 minute walk to Taipei 101 and subway. Room was spacious. Nice jacuzzi tub although we didn't use it. Complimentary beverages and snacks inside room.

Good place to stay

Room was very clean with adequate amenities. We had a 3rd guest with us and they had set up the sofa bed nicely. Overall staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our short stay.

Great location, big room, comfy bed and nice tea with the tea pot and desk.

WiFi is extremely slow, it's almost not possible to work on laptop.

Poor passive problem solving mind

Good thing is absolutely the location easily accessible and the bath tub was good

When I complained about Wi-Fi in the room no one tried to come up and check the status in the room they just explained another 5g line which is not contacted and shown most of time. So i felt very frustrated and the staffs are very passive and try to putt off customers’s inconvenient situations or hope you guys can improve your customer service more actively

Nice for short stay.

Close to City Hall and 101.

Would not recommend the rooms without window. Without alarm you sleep in. Yakuzzi could have been more clean, so I didn’t use it. No bar or room to socialize

Superb

The Service and the food was wonderful. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned each day and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The shower was also excellent with good water pressure and good water temperature coming through the fancy shower head. Really Enjoyed the Lobby and the fact you can have good coffee or cappuccino whenever you want.

No heat in the room. There was a thermostat but it did not seem to function when we turned it to heat. So it was a bit cold not too terrible.

I liked the covenience of their location- it was near to all the major attractions to see, metro ride, walkable distance to the night markets. The buffet breakfast was also sumptuous. The staff were very helpful as well.

The wi fi connection- it needs to be improved as it was a necessity for me during my stay at the hotel. It was lagging and slow connection.Although the staff was helpful to offer a router in the room, but the connection was still the same.

Fantastic location, great staff and lovely room

Great location to explore the city from. Staff were attentive and the room was great. The bath tub was a nice touch - strange filling method but but nice and big!

Breakfast was okay but a lot of the dishes on offer were cold
